Assist Operations in ramping various CMOS analog technologies to volume
manufacturing, particularly 0.18 and 0.11 um, including mixed signal.
Position will be targeted to also support ONC18 HV (5v/30v) production ramp.
-Case ownership of major and minor cases.
-Work with Device engineers and business unit to drive yield improvement
-Work with device engineers to center parametrics to development targets.
-Hand off to Device engineering/operations in 12 to 24 months.

- > 10 years preferred, > 5 ok.
- Deep sub-micron digital/mixed signal CMOS integration. Development
experience
a plus.
-Medium voltage device architecture, for example 40V DMOS.
-Foundry engineering experience definitely a plus.
-Direct experience transitioning technologies from development  to high
volume manufacturing required.
-Candidate needs to be able to work between development group and Operations
and business units. Ownership initiative. Ability to aggressively start and
complete projects, particularly rapid case closure.
Ability to rapidly
understand problems, implement containment, drive to resolution.
Familiarity
with industrialization practices.
-Understanding of analog CMOS devices a must. Understanding of analog
circuits a definite plus.

-General semiconductor process integration and familiarity with 200mm tools.
