As an integral member of our EXL product development team, you will lead a Systems Engineering group in specifying, architecting, and implementing mixed-signal systems which optimally partition switched-mode power supply solutions between analog, digital and firmware elements.  You will also be responsible for recruiting, mentoring and retaining technical talent.

The ideal candidate will have a MSEE and a minimum of 10 years power supply design and firmware experience and at least 2 years leading an engineering team.  Experience with LED design and microchip design, both transistor level CMOS analog circuit design and mixed-signal IC system level design, including partitioning trade-offs between analog, digital and firmware, would be an advantage.  You must also be able to communicate complex technical concepts and possess the desire to be a key contributor to the growth of our EXL division. lex technical concepts and posses the desire to be a key contributor to the growth of our EXL division.
