Description
We are seeking a staff engineer with strong background in High Voltage and BCD process and technology development and solid background in device physics and reliability. This position will need to interface with both external wafer foundries and internal teams such as Design, CAD and Reliability to establish technology and device requirement. In addition, by working with PTE, Foundry Operation and Quality, this candidate will also be responsible for a wide range of new product introductions especially the initial yield ramp and smooth transition to stable volume production.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Master degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics is required. PhD degree is preferred
Minimum 10 year experience in high voltage and BCD technology development or process integration
Prior experience in interfacing with external foundries is preferred
Solid knowledge in device physics and reliability (e.g. HCI, TDDB, SOA characterization, etc.)
Understand key analog & mix-signal design and device requirement (e.g. mismatch, Rdson, etc.) and their process implication
Strong data analysis and technical problem solving skill
May need up to 10% travel overseas
