We are developing a new team of Product Engineers responsible for coordinating our fast paced fast ramp product development efforts.  Successful candidates will work with Test Engineering, Design Engineering, Foundry Engineering, and Quality Engineering.  This position will have opportunities to influence our development efforts by rooting out challenging issues and driving them to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

•Work closely with Product/Test engineers, Failure Analysis, Supplier Quality, and Wafer Foundry Engineers to drive constant improvement in quality levels of Mixed Signal IC’s

•Serve as the technical leader and problem solver during our fast production qualification process

•Use internal and external data tools, including testers, test results, data bases, and wafer fab PC data to help identify existing or potential issues.

•Communicate production readiness to Managment

Key Qualfications:

•Minimum B.S. in electrical engineering or other related engineering field is required or equivalent work background and experience.

•Must have at least seven years of working experience with broad exposure to wafer fab, assembly processes, test processes, product engineering, or quality and reliability engineering, with a track record of success.

•Familiarity with analog and mixed signal devices

•Must have knowledge and experience with testing of mixed signal devices on Automated Tester Equipment (ATE)

•Must have project management skills and a track record of successfully leading cross functional teams .

•Must have superior presentation and problem solving skills

 Prefer candidates who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents due to international travel requirements.
