Job Description
-Act as primary contact for the employees and
managers in assigned client group
-Pro-activity support the delivery of HR processes and Policies
-Build a strong business relationship with the
internal clients and stakeholders
-Responsible for driving and implementing Training
and development initiatives in alignment with the corporate and line of
business learning goals
-Implement and coordinate change initiatives to
support organizational effectiveness and achieve business goals and strategies
-Leverage BRCM programs within client group
-Partner closely with members of the LOB hr team and corporate hr groups
-Drive discussions to understand the 'why's' to help influence sound decisions

Requirements:
-Human resource business partner background with
at least 12 years of solid hands-on HR experience in high-tech industry;
semi-conductors experience is preferred
-Confident business partner with the ability to
build and maintain constant rapport with the business and analytically solve
problems
-Demonstrated experience of independently working
and with maturity to manage multiple organizational issues and complex employee
relation matters in a matrix environment
-A deep understanding of labor employment laws and
its applications
-Excellent communication skills to articulate what
is needed, why and the overall business impact to enable sound and effective
decision making
10+ to 15 years of experience

Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree
Willingness to Travel – Occasionally
