Snr Facilities Engineering Manager
We are looking for the leader of the organization in charge of
defining and establishing the facilities design specifications and standards
for; in this particular case extensive experience with semiconductor mechanical
delivery systems (Gas, Chemicals, HVAC, UPW/WWT/Electrical/I&C/LSS)
is an absolute must.

successful candidate for this position will have demonstrated Facilities
Engineering and Operations Management success, a broad understanding of
Semiconductor Facilities Engineering and Operations, and advanced experience in
Semiconductor Facilities Electrical, Mechanical and Gas, Water & Waste
Water Systems. The successful individual will lead the team through the
professional development, improve business processes, drive operational
excellence to world class levels, improve performance metrics, and deliver new
facilities systems to meet construction milestones critical to enable our
Manufacturing Technology Roadmap. The individual will report to the Senior
Facilities Director and will be located in Saratoga, New York.
Specific
Responsibilities
Provide strategic
leadership and guidance of the Construction team
Drive operational
excellence actions that engrain discipline and execution within and across the
facilities construction and operations teams.
Drive a world class
safety commitment/culture.
Identify and drive
improvements in business systems & processes that reduce waste,
continuously improve the quality of operations, and prepare the site for world
class execution.
Establish, maintain
and improve critical and key success indicators.
Establish a work
environment characterized by mutual trust and respect, open and honest
communications, teamwork and a passion for winning.
Support construction
activities through all phases of the project life cycle to ensure quality
projects with lowest total costs of ownership are delivered and integrated into
sustained long-term operations to meet the manufacturing technology roadmap.
Document, track,
coach, develop and performance manage employees.
Coordinate and manage
subordinates, facilitate interdepartmental and cross organizational
communications and allocate tasks and resources as required.
Drive Best in Class
performance for all critical success indicators.
-Perform all activities
in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety
& Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications
BS Degree in Mechanical
Engineering or closely associated discipline
Minimum of 10 years of
Semiconductor Facilities Operations experience
Demonstrated advanced
experience in Semiconductor Facilities Electrical, Mechanical, Gas and Water
Systems design and operations
Strong passion for
leading and developing people
Demonstrated ability
to set/align objectives and direct a construction team within a work
environment of divergent demands and input
Strong project integration
skills, leading across multiple departments and technical domains
Model-based/structured
problem solving and analytical ability
Proven leadership, a
self-starter, a team player with excellent verbal, written, and presentation
communication skills
Must have permanent
right to work in the US without sponsorship.
Demonstrated ability
to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree in
Mechanical Engineering or closely associated discipline.
Experience in supplier
management.
Ability and
willingness to learn/grow into technical areas beyond current education and
area of expertise/experience
