We are seeking an individual to join as a Senior Product Engineer. The successful candidate will possess exceptional technical skills and business acumen to support consumer and industrial Ultra High Voltage (UHV) integrated circuits from project kick-off to high-volume production.

Key Responsibilities:

•Work closely with our product development team, foundry engineering, test development engineers, quality engineers and supply chain management to drive constant improvement in quality levels of Ultra High Voltage IC’s

•Serve as a technical leader and problem solver during our fast production qualification process

•Use internal and external data tools including PCM/WAT data, probe and final test data to identify potential issues

•Responsible for the “cradle to grave” life of IC products including product characterization, reliability testing, yield analysis and enhancement.

Key Qualifications:

•The ideal candidate will have a BSEE or MSEE, a minimum of 10 years Ultra High Voltage IC development and/or semiconductor manufacturing experience.

•Must have knowledge and experience with testing of High Voltage IC on Automated Test Equipment (ATE)

•Knowledge of device physics and modern Bipolar/CMOS/DMOS fabrication technologies including UHV MOSFETs.

•Knowledge of package and thermal characteristics of high power dissipation ICs

•Understanding of reliability failure mechanisms and failure analysis.

•Command of IC manufacturing process control statistical analysis,

•Strong understanding of analog, digital and power electronics in addition to hands-on lab and debug experience are essential.

•Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and the desire to be a key contributor to the growth of our Energy, Lighting and Exploration division.
