-Assist in development of 180 nm government funded program.
-Device development of photo diodes in
silicon.
-Development on SOI and bulk
substrates.
-Layer definition and design kit
development.
-> 10 years experience in
semiconductor fabrication with at least 5 years in development.
-Candidates need to have an
understanding of foundry compatible 180 nm technologies. Foundry experience in Process Engineering a plus.
-Experience in developing deep
submicron ASIC technologies on SOI, specific to etch techniques and diffusion
processes required.
-Understanding of CMOS active device
requirements and constraints when integrated on SOI a plus.
-Candidates need to be able to work
effectively on development teams with focus on unit process development,
characterization and problem solving.
-Candidates will be responsible for
working directly on tools, unit process development and characterization.
Candidates need to work on tools in a high volume production
environment, maintaining tool integrity for manufacturing. Candidates also need
to coordinate development efforts with manufacturing process engineers in areas
that they may be less familiar with to insure that unit processes are
characterized.
-Must be a US citizen or a permanent
resident.
