Equipment supervisor with
experience in Diffusion, Implant and Metals (not necessarily all three). .
REGULAR TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Evaluate standard
critical performance indicators, availability, MTBF, MTTR
2.Supervise hourly
technicians; performance management, scheduling and payroll
3.Manage and
reduce costs in spare parts and consumables
4.Manage
continuous improvement to improve wafer and die yield
5.Document,
schedule and follow up on preventative and predictive maintenance
6.Interview and
provide recommendation on technical resources
7.Establish shift
scheduling for direct reports
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, TRAITS, EDUCATION
Skills:
•General working knowledge
in multiple areas; mechanical, electrical, pipe-fitting, construction,
calibration, preventative maintenance, spare parts
•Preferred: Good working
knowledge in all areas listed above
Experience:
•10 years as a Maintenance
Technician or similar experience
•Preferred:
Supervisory experience
Traits:
•Interact well with a

•Detail oriented in
electrical and mechanical work and documentation
•Positive attitude, strong work ethic, record of excellent
attendance
Education:
•Associates Degree
Physical Environment:
•Work in the area of and
with hazardous substances and may be required to select, inspect and wear
appropriate PPE while working in the area of or with these hazardous
substances. The employee must be able to pass a pulmonary function test
prior to employment.
