Environment
Work in a team environment consisting of engineers, maintenance technicians and
operators, requiring written and verbal communication skills. Ability to
improve process control and robustness to reduce scrap, rework and hold
lots. Must be able to formulate action plan and track results. Our
24x7 manufacturing facility maintains channels of communication across all
shifts, documentation in the form of FMEA, ECN, TECN and SWR.

-Requires
a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science,
Physics or a related field.

candidates will have at least 5 years experience working in a semiconductor
manufacturing facility.
Expectations
Expected to identify significant components of variability and perform tests
and establish methods/processes to control and/or reduce variation. Typical
topics include: tool availability, process stability, process output
characteristics, process yield, performance yield, unit cycle time. Candidate
should be able to demonstrate their ability to drive product and process
improvement studies by evaluating process control wafers and process
characterizations as needed.

Take
responsibility for sustaining and improving the Implant area of the fab by
developing process steps and maintaining a high level of quality in the
fabrication of discrete components. We are a 24x7 manufacturing
facility. Key focus of this position is on tool ownership and
improvement, unit process step ownership and improvement, module sustaining,
WIP movement and development of new process.
-Semiconductor
experience with Schottky Diodes, Zener Diodes,
Switching Diodes, Transistors, and BJT Devices is preferred
Implant
Process Engineer, - Varian 180XP, Varian E500, Nova NV10, Eaton 3206 implanters
and Mattson Steag RTA tools.
-Experience
in Ion Implant and Rapid Thermal Anneal.
Diffusion
Process Engineer, - operation of BTI horizontal furnaces and Apex control
systems, Applied Materials RPCVD, Novellus PECVD, AST/Steag
TRP, FSI Mercury, transfer tools and related metrology.
-Experience
in Diffusion / Oxidation, Anneal, CVD and PECVD plasma processing and high
vacuum systems.
Metals
Process Engineer- Varian 3180, 3190, 3280 and 3290 sputter tools, Anelva evaporators, Tegal
Endeavor, and related metrology equipment.
-Solid
understandings of plasma processing, high vacuum systems, and PVD.
Etch
Process Engineer, - AMAT P5000 Dry Etchers, Wet Benches, Semitool
Sirius Ozone Stripper, Semitool Spray Acid Tools, SVG
coater and developer tracks, Canon MPA projection aligners, Canon 2500 i3
stepper.
-Solid
understanding of Metal etch using both wet and dry techniques. Metal
films are Mo, Cr, NiPt, Al, AlSi,
AlSiCu, Ti, NiV, Au.
-Experience
in Wet and Dry Etch.
