Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled and
motivated Recruiter to become part of our state of the art fab / factory.
The individual will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting including
but not limited to resource identification, requisition intake, candidate
sourcing, recruiting, interview and assessment, offer creation and
candidate/hiring manager/HRBP relations through the onboarding stage.
Recruiters also lead multiple HR/Talent Acquisition projects and processes with
a specialized focus on all aspects the recruiting life cycle. S/he
must have the ability to work well cross-functionally with all functions/levels
of the business and within the HR Team.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
· Manage recruiting process from resource
identification through onboarding ensuring world class recruitment services to
hiring managers, candidates and strong partnership with HRBPs
· Create, build, and maintain networks of
potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles in
client groups.
· Conduct pro-active market
research and on-going relationship management to create a momentum of strong
talent interested in joining us
· Develop a pipeline for hiring
manager resulting in high offer-to-interview ratios.
· Recommend ideas and strategies
related to recruitment contributing to the long-range growth of the company and
the assigned client groups, implementing new processes and fine tuning standard
processes for recruiting that fits within our mission to deliver the highest
quality results to the customer.
· Fill assigned client group's
talent acquisition needs through a partnership allowing for you to build
effective recruiting strategy including sourcing, assessment, and closing top
tier candidates.
· Manage expectations throughout
the recruiting process with hiring managers &
candidates while delivering on commitments
· Complete equity
analysis to ensure aligned, effective and attractive candidate offer packages
· Facilitate req and
offer approval loops ensuring data precision and accuracy
· Complete assigned projects and identify and execute
new initiatives designed to improve team and process efficiencies
· Create reporting and
documentation for business leaders and human resources as needed / requested
· Analyze data to identify trends and
meaningful statistics and present recommendations to resolve issues and
identified concerns
· Learn and maintain detailed
operating knowledge of all Talent Acquisition systems, tools, and processes.
· Display a high degree of
professionalism, poise and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive employee
issues
· Build strong partnerships with client groups
and stakeholders
Required
Qualifications
· Bachelors Degree in Human
Resources, Engineering, Business, or related field
· Minimum 7 years talent
acquisition experience preferably in a high volume manufacturing environment
· Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite,
specifically Excel and Word
· Able to quickly analyze and understand
complex problems and to propose possible solutions.
· Ability to effectively communicate over
several levels in the organization.
· Excellent
interpersonal skills, energetic and self starter.
· Demonstrated attention to detail,
resourcefulness and problem solving skills
· Energetic and inquisitive with a proven work
ethic and proactive approach
· Demonstrated ability to work well with all
