Manager, L&D - Quality and Regulatory

  

In your role as Manager - L&D, you will function on a global level to create and deploy best-in-class learning solutions. You will be responsible for all aspects of learning offering, with a focus on designing key learning offerings with multiple stakeholders within the Enabling Functions.

  

Your challenge is to create high impact L&D strategies to help improve business performance and to execute those strategies in support of the functional domain.

  

Your responsibilities, you will support and set the learning agenda for assigned functional group(s) and play an active role in analyzing and designing learning initiatives. Responsibilities include all aspects of the learning offering including design, development, continuous improvement of learning offerings (e.g. focus on next generation learning), portfolio maintenance and evaluation.

  

Furthermore you will be responsible for the following:

Oversee all learning activities in the Quality and Regulatory domain.

  

Develop business case for proposed learning incl. design options to enable cost conscious decision making (e.g. buy, build and/or optimize learning);

  

•Facilitate decision making regarding “global for local” learning offerings and “local for local” learning offerings;

  

•Assess (regulatory) requirements, learning standards, quality guidelines, business roles and learning journeys to ensure quality of learning offering;

  

•Design learning solutions; create content outline for proposed learning solution, set specifications on delivery approach and channels;

  

•Design blended learning solutions, establishing 70/20/10 learning interventions for learners;

  

•Manage relationships with the content development and deployment team and approved vendors, provide tactical direction and advice on development and deployment;

  

•Track all learning and development programs against relevant schedule, budget and learning objectives;

  

•Contribute to demand planning and forecasting of training needs.

  

•Bring mandatory learning modules to the next level and create pull;

  

•Ensure timely delivery in line with regulatory requirements.

  

We are looking for

•Strong L&D experience (5-10 years) in doing learning needs analysis, competency modeling, developing learning journeys, developing learning modules in line with 70/20/10, using innovative delivery modules;

•Good understanding of the Quality and Regulatory domain and specifics of these types of training;

•Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills in interaction with both global and local stakeholders;

•Proven track record in working within a global context interacting and achieving results with country representatives based on relation management (nonhierarchical influencing skills);

•Strong helicopter view and conceptual skills.
