Rehab Manager

Reporting to the Director of Rehabilitation Services and working with limited supervision promotes and models a leadership philosophy and style.  Establishes the vision, mission, and strategic plan for integrated rehabilitation services.  Understands and integrates into the delivery of care the needs of patients requiring physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, audiology and other rehabilitative services as assigned.  Evaluates the expansion of existing programs or defining new service initiatives to meet the changing needs of the patient population served.  Actively supports and embodies continuous quality improvement and exemplary customer relations.  Responsible for staff management in all programs and sites and provides a work environment conducive to attaining department goals.

Professional certification and current licensure in the state of Illinois in Physical Therapy or Occ
