Nurse Practitioner, Acute Care - FT- Nights

Under limited supervision is responsible for the medical care of designated patients under the direction or an attending physician. Performs patient health care activities to include screening, performing physical examinations, and coordinating diagnostic testing. Participates in the planning and evaluation of medical and evaluation of medical care and patient education within scope of practices

Minimum Requirements This position requires a Georgia NP license

ACNP and 5 years critical care experience

2 years NP experience and CCRN or CNRN preferred

Considerable knowledge of practices and procedures, rules, regulations, and standards required in rendering medical care

Thorough knowledge and skills in the application of the techniques and practices of the nursing profession

Ability to write and interpret professional, technical, and diagnostic reports
