Educational Requirements Education/Licensing

Credentialed Graduate of an accredited Therapy program and currently licensed in this state.  

Position Requirements 

Experience

Current State Licensed PT,OT, or SLP

Base Salary - open

2+ to 5 years experience
Management Experience Required - Yes
Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree

have more than 3 years of management experience in a Skilled Nursing/Sub-Acute Setting
a licensed Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist? (No assistants)
have solid working knowledge of PPS and Medicare

Ideal Candidate

3+ years of experience in a SNF; PT/OT/SLP.  Busy building so we need someone who can hit the ground running
